notice explaining our information practices and the choices you can make about the
way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we

Your Acceptance of Enfant’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
By using this Website, you signify your acceptance of Enfant’s Privacy Policy and
Terms of Use. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, please
do not use our Website. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of

Why We Collect Data
Enfant uses your data to provide you with the best experience possible, to help you
learn about your child’s communications and language development, and to
improve and protect the Enfant Service. Here are some examples:
● Contact information is used to send you notifications and to inform you
about new features or products we think you would be interested in. Please
see “Can I Opt-out Of Receiving Enfant Emails?” for information on how you
can opt-out of future communications.
● Data and logs are used in research to understand and improve the Enfant
Application and Service; to troubleshoot the Enfant Service; to detect and
protect against error, fraud or other criminal activity; and to enforce the
Enfant Terms of Service.
● Aggregate data that does not identify you may be used to improve the Maggie
app. See “Use of Non-Identifying User Information” for more details.

Maggie, Privacy Policy
Like many other sites, the Enfant Website may make use of log files, which houses
information about visitors/users of the Website, including IP address, browser type,
Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly
the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site,
track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP
addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is
personally identifiable.
Additionally, the Website may use cookies to store information about visitors’
preferences, to record user-specific information on which pages the site visitor
accesses or visits, and to personalize or customize our web page content based upon
visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends via their browser.
If you wish to disable cookies, you may do so through your individual browser
options. More detailed information about cookie management with specific web
browsers can be found at the browsers’ respective websites.
Use of Potentially Identifying Information
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is data that includes a personal identifier
like your name, email or address, or data that could reasonably be linked back to
you. We will ONLY share this data under the following circumstances:
● With companies that are contractually engaged in providing Enfant with
services, such as order fulfillment, email management and credit card
processing. These companies are obligated by contract to safeguard any PII
they receive from us.
● If we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law,
regulation, valid legal process (e.g., subpoenas or warrants served on us), or
governmental or regulatory request, to enforce or apply the Terms of Service,
to protect the security or integrity of the Enfant Service, and/or to protect
the rights, property, or safety of Enfant, its employees, users, or others. If we
are going to release your data, we will do our best to provide you with notice
in advance by email, unless we are prohibited by law from doing so.
● We may disclose or transfer your PII in connection with the sale, merger,
bankruptcy, sale of assets or reorganization of our company. We will notify
you if a different company will receive your PII and the promises in this
Privacy Policy will apply to your data as transferred to the new entity.
Use of Third Party Websites
Finally, the Website and App may interface with third-party websites, products,
widgets and services. You should consult the respective privacy policies of these
third-party sites for more detailed information on their practices as well as for
instructions about how to opt-out of certain practices, if desired.

Data Retention
Enfant reserves the right to retain your PII for as long as your account remains
active. All information data is retained to comply with this policy or legal
obligations. Enfant may continue to use your non-identifying data after you
deactivate your account.
Protecting the Privacy of Children on the Web
Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. For that reason, and to
comply with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we never collect
or maintain information at our Website from those we actually know are under 13,
and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
Can I Opt-Out of Receiving Enfant Emails?
Enfant may periodically contact you by sending an email newsletter, marketing
emails and emails related to new features. You will be able to opt-out of receiving
these emails. If you opt out, we may still send you emails related to your account
information and related to our business with you. Opting-out of these emails will not
end transmission of important service-related emails that are necessary to your use
of the Enfant Service.
How Does Enfant Keep my Data Safe?
Enfant uses a combination of technical and administrative security controls to
maintain the security of your data. If you have a security-related concern, please
contact Enfant Customer Support at [email protected].
Changes to Enfant’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
Enfant has the discretion to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we
will revise the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to frequently check
this page for any changes, in order to stay informed about how we work to protect
the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your
responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of any
