This Mobile Game Privacy Policy (this "Privacy Policy") explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Bonus XP, Inc. ("BonusXP", "us", "we" or "our") when you use the Stranger Things™ mobile application (the "App"). By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree to let BonusXP collect, use and disclose information about you in accordance with the purposes listed below.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this Privacy Policy is the date it was last updated. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy and any updates hereto when you access the App to stay up to date about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will change the date at the top with the date of the updated version, and this change will indicate an updated version of this Privacy Policy is in effect. In the case of material changes, we may also provide you with additional notice or require a renewed consent (such as by adding a privacy policy change statement in the App).

Collection of Information
The App does not require registration or allow you to submit personal information directly to us. If you submit any information to BonusXP through our website or other sites or services, please refer to the BonusXP Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and disclose such information, which is available at https://bonusxp.com/privacy/.
When you access or use the App, we automatically collect information about you, including:
• Log Information: We log information about your use of the App, including the type of device you use, the features you use, access times, and your IP address.
• Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including information about the device's software and hardware, unique device identifiers, push or other device tokens, mobile network information and time zone.
• Usage Information: We collect information relating to your use of the App at an aggregated level only.
We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through the App. For example, we may collect information from app stores when you download or update the App or one of our other applications.
Use of Information
We use information about you for various purposes, including to: allow you to use the App and pick up where you left off in a game; provide, maintain and improve the App, including monitoring and analyzing trends, usage and activities with the App; develop new apps, sites and services; provide and deliver the products and services you request; send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages; provide tailored content and features for the App; or carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected. By accepting this Privacy Policy or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.
Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We share and disclose information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy: with service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf; when we reasonably believe a disclosure is needed to protect the rights, property and safety of BonusXP or others, including to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request and to detect, prevent, or otherwise address illegal or suspected illegal activities; in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of assets, exclusive license, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business; or for any other reasons with your consent or at your direction.
If you log into the App using a third party service, such as Facebook or Apple Game Center, we may share information provided by those services with other players for certain in-app features, such as leaderboards.
We also may share aggregated information or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Social Sharing Features
The App may offer social sharing features (such as the Facebook "Like" button), which allows you to share actions you take in the App on social platforms. You must be at least 13 years of age to use any social sharing features integrated in the App. The use of these features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you use with the social sharing feature platform provider. These social features are operated by third party social networks, and are subject to their terms of use and privacy policies.
Security and Storage of Information
BonusXP takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. BonusXP will store your information for as long as necessary in order to provide you with access to the App for so long as it is available.
