If you submit an application for employment on our Careers page, we will use the information you provide about yourself to process your application. We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services to you and our other users. This means we keep your profile information for as long as you maintain an account. We retain transactional information for at least seven years to ensure we can perform legitimate business functions, such as accounting for tax obligations. We also retain your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our terms and policies.

If you are a California resident, you may have certain rights. California law may permit you to request that we:

You also have the right to not be discriminated against (as provided for in applicable law) for exercising certain of your rights.
