How do we use Facebook data?


Public Profile, Public Picture, Public Name, Public Surname are only for registry purposes.Only for our online social mobile games. How Do We Process?


Your Name & Surname


We are using your personal data for creating your in game profile. We use your name fully and only the first letter of your surname as a nickname: For example: John Doe becomes John D.


Your Profile Picture


We are using your public profile picture on meta/facebook as your avatar in the game.


Your Friends


Through the Playfab, we need this permission/data for providing you game experience playing with your friends. We can only reach this information if your friends have our game already. You can see better documentation about it through Azure Playfab documentation:


How Do We Demonstrate the Profile


People who are playing against you can see your in game profile. If you have placement in the leaderboard it can be visible as well. In game profile is only for demonstration purposes.


Control Over Data by You


You can change all this information that is set to your in game profile. You can do these changes through the game setting section in the lobby.


Deletion Of Data


Our users have full rights to control their personal data in any circumstances. Users can delete their data regarding to their login base with following information below:


Facebook Data Deletion Instructions


If you want to delete your activities for any games of Gamerhook, you can remove your information by following these steps:


  • 1. Go to your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click “Settings”
  • 2. Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
  • 3. Search and Click any desired game title in the search bar.
  • 4. Scroll and click “Remove”.
  • 5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities.

Deletion of Account From Gamerhook


You also can delete all your game statistics from the game. If you can not find the delete account button inside the settings in game please reach us out through [email protected] including your account information.


  • * Important! This process can not be undone. We will not be able to recover data after deletion is complete.

General Data Usage


We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data").


This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We only share and transfer data with our service providers that are Meta, Google, Azure Playfab, Microsoft, Exit Games Service


Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.


Gamerhook Studios will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

We do not knowingly collect any identifiable information from children under the age of 16.
