Our Privacy Commitment

This Cast-Enabled Application Privacy Policy (“Cast-Enabled Application Privacy Policy” or “CEAPP”) explains how Hasbro, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies that operate within the United States (collectively, “Hasbro”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collect, use, and disclose your information. This Cast-Enabled Application Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect when you use the Hasbro applications listed in Section 2 below, which have been designed to interact with: (i) Google Cast Receivers (i.e., media streaming devices that permit users to use Google’s cast functionality to “cast” content from an application on a mobile device, computer, and/or browser to a display or audio device connected to or incorporating a Wi-Fi receiver); and/or (ii)  the Google Cast Receiver software development kit (collectively, the “Cast-Enabled Apps”).

This CEAPP and the ESRB certification seal shown in our CEAPP confirms that Hasbro is a valid licensee, and participating member, of the Entertainment Software Rating Board's Privacy Certified Program (“ESRB”). To protect your privacy, we have voluntarily undertaken this privacy initiative and have had the Cast-Enabled Apps reviewed and certified by ESRB Privacy Certified to meet established online information collection and use practices. As a licensee of this privacy program, we are subject to frequent audits of the Cast-Enabled Apps and other enforcement and accountability mechanisms administered independently by the ESRB.

We ask that you take the time to read this CEAPP carefully. By using this Cast-Enabled App, you agree to our CEAPP. If you do not agree with this CEAPP, please exit and stop using this Cast-Enabled App.

Personal Information

We may collect your personal information to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfill your requests and our legitimate business objectives. With the exception of your device identifier (or “device ID”, i.e., the identifier assigned to your device by your mobile operating system) and IP address, we do not collect personal information from our users through the Cast-Enabled Apps. We do collect your device ID and IP address, which we use to create a randomized identifier (i.e., a “scrambled ID”) that is used to assist us in gathering non-personal analytics and statistical data regarding use of the Cast-Enabled Apps (e.g., number of sessions, length of time in app, number of unique users, etc.).

We may also collect and share your device ID and IP address with third parties that we engage to help us advertise the Cast-Enabled Apps. This information may also be combined with other information about your activities on the Cast-Enabled Apps and the Hasbro and third party websites and applications where we serve ads about the Cast-Enabled Apps. For more information about our advertising practices in connection with the Cast-Enabled Apps, please see the “About Our Ads” section below.

We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this CEAPP and in accordance with our retention policies, as applicable, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable laws and/or regulations.

Please note that any personal information provided by you to us via our customer support website is subject to the privacy policy and terms of use of that website. Please read those documents before providing any personal information to us via our customer support website.

Non-personal Information

We may also collect non-personal information from you in connection with your use of the Cast-Enabled Apps. For example, we may collect device type, country of access, and other game play information, which is used to assist us in gathering non-personal analytics and statistical data regarding use of the Cast-Enabled Apps.

Also, the Cast-Enabled Apps offer the ability to unlock unlimited play via an in-app purchase. If you make such a purchase, your credit card or other payment information will be collected and processed by the third-party service provider (e.g. Google Play, Apple, Amazon, PayPal). The third party service provider will notify us that the purchase has been made so that we can make the purchased content available to you.
