  1 Collection of information

When any user visit our website tradeFWD (“TFD”), we do not collect personally
identifiable information about any user, except when any user specifically and
knowingly provides it e.g. apart from those segments in the website which are
freely accessed by all users, registration is required for some services such as for
the app tradesqr. When any user registers for these services, he will be asked to
provide certain personal information and details, including but not limited to
name, company, title, country and e-mail address etc.

The Website also records some basic and generic information about any user’s
usage of the computer, including its IP address and Operating system and

This information about is used to perform routine web site maintenance and to

4 Information relating to Pay MembersFor specific services which require registration, any user will be asked to provide
certain personal and business information. Upon registration, any user will be
enrolled as our Pay Members. As a Pay Member, any user have the right to
opt-out of being listed in the Pay Members directory assessable by other Pay
Members and specific partners only. Any Pay Member may update or update his
particulars at any time under the website.

Co-branded and alliance relationshipsTFD has partners which may offer any user products and services which TFD does
not offer. TFD may offer access to any user of the same by hyperlinks to the
partners’ websites, or through offering "co-branded" sites in which both ourselves
and these other parties share the same URL, domain name or pages within a
domain name on the Internet. However TFD has no control as to how such
partners use any information any user supply them. Any user of this website is

5 Third party service providers (concerns TFD)Any user may notice that some services available through our website are
"Powered by" or "Provided by" other third party content or technology service
providers. We contract with these third party providers to help us provide any

information and data. In order to provide any user with the services in question,

as a meter for counting visiting users. Web beacons collect only limited

description of the page on which the web beacon resides. These web beacons do
not carry any personally identifiable information and are merely used to track the
effectiveness of a particular campaign.

web browser. Any user can also set-up any user browser to warn any user every
time a cookie is sent, so that any user can review the cookie before any user
