As used in this Privacy Policy, "Atlantis" includes Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas, Atlantis Resort SPE Limited, Island Hotel Company Limited, and any entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas. For residents of the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, Atlantis is the data controller responsible for processing of your personal data.

You may use the Site to apply for employment with us. We may collect relevant data about you in this context, including your employment history, resume/CV, educational information, medical information, and references. Geo-Location Information

Mobile Device Data

Your resort stay information is collected and stored by our resort locally, and subsequently transferred to a centralized database in the United States.

Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
