    4.    Soft Creation Studios will never collect a customer's personally identifiable information and all the mobile games developed by SoftCreations Studios comply the rules set by Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

   5.    Soft Creation Studios may change this Privacy Policy the changes must be notified by sending the changed statements to home page, so the customer is aware of the changes.
