What This Policy Covers

Your privacy is important to us, and so is being transparent about how we collect, use, and share information about you. This Policy is intended to help you understand:

This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect about you when you use our products or services, or otherwise interact with us unless a different policy is displayed. "AllTracker", "we" and "us" refer to the commercial activities of Ragimov Software.

This policy also explains your choices about how we use information about you. Your choice includes how you can object to certain uses of information about you and how you can access and update certain information about you. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use our services or interact with any other aspect of our business

For example, you provide your contact information and, in some cases, billing information when you register for the services. You also have the option of adding a display name, profile photo and other details to your profile information to be displayed in our services. We store the data that you request from the target device when monitoring, in particular:

Depending on your application settings, you can also provide us with data that is automatically sent to our servers, such as:

You can delete the stored data listed above at any time via the website of our service.

We also store the identification data of the target device, such as the serial number and Device ID, to enable you to provide our service and, if necessary, to restrict the use of our service by this device.

In addition, you have the option to establish a live connection to the target device to stream audio from a microphone, video from a camera, or display data from a screen. Such live information is not stored on our servers. The technology we use for live communication between the website and the target device is WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication). In case if a direct connection between the website and the target device is not possible, we use the TURN-servers of XIRSYS or Twilio. Please pay attention to the XIRSYS Privacy Policy and Twilio Privacy Policy for more information.

Content You Provide Through Our Websites: The services also include the websites that we own or operate. We collect other content that you send to these websites, which includes the social media or social networking websites operated by us. For example, you provide content to us when you provide feedback or when you participate in any interactive features, surveys, contests, promotions, sweepstakes, activities, or events.

Information You Provide Through Our Support Channels: The Services also include our customer support, where you can submit information regarding a problem you are experiencing with a service. Whether you are creating a support ticket, emailing us, or otherwise contacting our support team, you will be asked to provide contact information, a summary of the problem you have encountered, and other information that might help resolve the issue.

We do not store your payment information, such as payment card details, social security numbers, financials, etc. on our servers. We collect this information via secure payment service providers, such as:

Device and Connection Information: We collect information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other devices you use to access the services. This device information includes your connection type and settings when you install, access, update or use our services. We use your IP address and/or country preference to determine your location to provide you with a better service experience. How much of this information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the services.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: AllTracker and our third-party partners, such as our advertising and analytics partners, use cookies and other tracking technologies (e.g., web beacons, device identifiers, and pixels) to provide functionality and inform you about different services and devices. For more information, please see our Cookies and Tracking Notice, which contains information on how to control or disable these cookies and tracking technologies.

Other Services You Link to Your Account: We receive information about you when you use third-party services with our services. For example, if you create an account or log into the services using your Google credentials, we receive your name and email address according to the settings of your Google profile to authenticate you. The information we receive when you use services with a third-party service depends on the settings, permissions, and privacy policy controlled by that third-party service. You should always check the privacy settings and notices in these third-party services to understand what data may be disclosed to us or shared with our services.

How We Use Information We Collect

How we use the information we collect depends in part on which services you use, how you use them, and preferences you have shared with us. Below are the specific purposes for which we use the information we collect about you.

To Provide the Services and Personalize Your Experience: We use information about you to provide the services, including processing transactions with you, authenticating you when you log in, providing customer support, and operating and maintenance of the services. We may use your email domain to identify your affiliation with a particular organization or industry to personalize the content and experience you receive on our websites. When you use multiple services, we combine information about you and your activities to provide an integrated experience that enables you to find information from one service while searching from another or to present relevant product information.

For Research and Development: We are always looking for ways to make our services smarter, faster, safer, more integrated, and more useful for you. We use collective learnings about how people use our services and feedback provided directly to us to identify trends, usage, activity patterns, and areas for integration and improvement of the services. We also test and analyze certain new features with some users before rolling the feature out to all users.

To Communicate With You About the Services: We use your contact information to send transactional communications via email and within the services, including confirming your purchases, reminding you of subscription expirations dates, responding to your comments, questions, and requests, providing customer support, and sending you technical notifications, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages. This communication is part of the services and in most cases, you cannot opt-out of them. If deactivation is available, you will find that option within the communication itself or in your account settings.

To Market, Promote and Drive Engagement With the Services: We use your contact information and information about how you use the services to send promotional communications that may be of specific interest to you. These communications are aimed at driving engagement and maximizing what you get out of the services, including information about new features, survey requests, newsletters, and events we think may be of interest to you. We also communicate with you about new product offers, promotions, and contests. You can control whether you receive these communications as described under "Opt-out of communications" below.

Customer Support: We use your information to resolve technical issues you encounter, to respond to your requests for assistance, analyze crash information, and repair and improve the services.

For Safety and Security: We use information about you and your service to review accounts and activity, monitor suspicious or fraudulent activity, and identify violations of Service policies.

With Your Consent: We use information about you if you have given us consent for a specific purpose not listed above. For example, with your permission, we may publish customer reports to promote the services.

Legal Bases for Processing (for EEA Users): If you are an individual in the European Economic Area (EEA), we collect and process information about you only where we have legal bases for doing so within applicable EU laws. The legal bases depend on the services you use and how you use them. This means we collect and use your information only where:

If you have consented to the use of information about you for a specific purpose, you have the right to change your mind at any time. However, this can not influence the processing that has already taken place. In cases where we use your data based on legitimate interest, you have the right to object to such use. In some cases, however, this may mean the termination of using the services.

We share information we collect about you in the ways discussed below, including in connection with possible business transfers. However, we do not sell any information about you to advertisers or other third parties.

Sharing With Third Parties

We share information with third parties that help us operate, provide, improve, integrate, customize, support, and market our services.

Service Providers: We work with third-party service providers to provide us with website and application development, hosting, maintenance, backup, storage, virtual infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, and other services that may require access to or use of information about you. If a service provider needs to access information about you to perform services on our behalf, it will do so under close instructions from us, including policies and procedures to protect your information.

Links to Third-Party Websites: The Services may contain links that direct you to other websites or services whose privacy practices may differ from ours. If you submit information to any of those third-party websites, your data will be governed by their privacy policies, not this one. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of every website you visit.

Social Media and Third-Party Widgets: Some of our services contain widgets and social media features. These widgets and features collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on the services, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to work properly. Widgets and social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our services. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

With Your Consent: We share information about you with third parties when you give us your consent. For example, we often publish personal reviews from satisfied customers on our public websites. With your consent, we may post your name along with reviews.

Compliance With Enforcement Requests and Applicable Laws; Enforcement of Our Rights: In exceptional cases, we may share information about you with a third party if we believe that sharing is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, including to meet national security requirements, (b) enforce our agreements, policies, and terms of service, (c) protect the security or integrity of our products and services, (d) protect AllTracker, our customers or the public from harm or illegal activities, or (e) respond to an emergency which we believe in good faith requires us to disclose information to assist in preventing the death or serious bodily injury of any person.

How We Store and Secure Information We Collect

Information Storage and Security

We use Google Cloud Platform to provide you our services and to host the information we collect. All the sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Please visit the Google data centers cloud services page for more information on where we store your information. You can get more information about the security and privacy of the Google Cloud Platform on their website.

We use the technology of Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to send your requests from your dashboard to the target device and the Google Firebase Realtime database to transfer the information from the target device back to your dashboard. Any account information that is stored on our database, is stored on secure servers that can only be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Further information on privacy and security in Firebase can be found here.

Although we implement security measures to protect your data, no security system is impenetrable and, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data will be absolutely safe from intrusion while being transmitted over the Internet or while being stored on our systems or otherwise in our care.

How Long We Keep Information

How long we keep information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as described in further detail below. After a certain period, we will either delete or anonymize your information or, if this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), then we will store your information securely and isolate it from any further use until it can be removed.

Account Information: We keep your account information so long as it is active and for a certain period after deactivation. We also retain some of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, support business operations, and develop and improve our services. When we retain information for service improvement and development, we implement measures to eliminate information that directly identifies you, and we only use the information to uncover collective insights about the use of our services, not to analyze or identify any specific personal characteristics about you.

Retention of Your Content: We keep every record in the request history and every file that you have requested from the target device for 30 days after they are created. After this period has expired, the data will be automatically deleted. Deleted records and files cannot be restored.

The history is recorded for the following functions: Dashboard, Activity, Call Recordings, Settings, SMS, Call log, Calendar, Contacts, Installed apps, Usage statistics, Location history, Unlocking photos, Notifications, Photos, Videos, Audios, Deleted photos, Keylogger, and Browsing history. Live streaming functions are not recorded in the request history.

The archive of files is created when the following requests are executed: Call recordings, Sound record, Photos, Camera, Videos, Audios, and Deleted photos. During the live streaming, the recorded files are not saved in the archive.

Marketing Information: If you have elected to receive marketing emails from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our services, such as when you last opened an email from us or ceased using your AllTracker account. We retain information obtained from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date this information was created.

How to Access and Control Your Information

You have certain choices available to you when it comes to your information. Below is a summary of those choices, how you can use them, and what limitations apply.

Your Choices:

You have the right to request a copy of your information, to object to our use of your data (including for marketing purposes), to request the deletion or restriction of your information, or to request your information in a structured, electronic format. Below, we describe the tools and processes for these requests. You can implement some of the choices by logging into the services and using the settings available within the services or your account.

Your request and choices may be limited in certain cases: for example, if your request would reveal information about another person, or if you want to delete information that is permitted by law or that has overriding legitimate interests.

Access and Update Your Information: Our services allow you to access and update certain information about you from within the service. For example, you can access and update your profile information in your profile settings.

Delete Your Information: Our services give you the ability to delete certain information about yourself from the service. For example, you can delete your account information and the account itself in your profile settings. Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information for logging purposes, to complete transactions, or to comply with our legal obligations. After deleting your account from our service, you will no longer be able to register with the same account.

Request That We Stop Using Your Information: In some cases, you may ask us to stop accessing, storing, using, and otherwise processing your information where you believe we don't have the appropriate rights to do that. For example, if you believe that your account on the service was created without your permission, or you are no longer an active user, you can ask to delete your account as described in this policy. If you gave us consent to use your information for a limited purpose, you can contact us to withdraw that consent, but this will not affect any processing that has already taken place. You can also opt out of using your information for marketing purposes by contacting us as provided below. When you make such requests, it may take time for us to review and process your request. If there is a delay or dispute about whether we have the right to keep using your information, we will restrict any further use of your information until the request is fulfilled or the dispute is resolved.

Opt-out of Communications: You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us by using the unsubscribe link within each email, by updating your email settings in your profile settings, or by contacting us as indicated below to remove your contact information from our marketing mailing list. Even after you have declined from receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive transactional messages from us regarding our services. You can turn off some notifications in your profile settings.

Opt-out of Personalized Advertisements: You can opt-out of receiving personalized advertisements from Google AdSense according to this instructions.

Turn off Cookie Controls: Relevant browser-based cookie controls are described in our Cookies and Tracking Notice.

Submit "Do Not Track" request: Some browsers have incorporated "Do Not Track" (DNT) features that can send a signal to the websites you visit to indicate that you do not want to be tracked. As there is still no common understanding for the interpretation of the DNT signal, our services currently do not respond to browser DNT signals. You can use some other tools we provide to control data collection and use, including the option to refrain from receiving marketing notifications from us as described above.
