We collect certain information you provide to us when using Jukely, such as when you create an account and profile, send us an email or post information or other content to Jukely such as hypes and reviews. We collect certain personal information, like your name, picture, email address, phone number, your music likes from the services you connect.
We also automatically collect certain information when you use Jukely, such as your location/GPS coordinates (if you enable this feature), a device identifier, MAC address, Internet Protocol (IP) address (if using a browser), operating system, the browser type, the address of a referring site and your activity on Jukely. You can enable or disable location services when you use Jukely at anytime, through your mobile device settings. This information is not treated as personal information unless we combine it with or link it to any of the personally identifiable information mentioned above.

We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with our services, to monitor aggregate usage by our users and web traffic routing on our services, and to improve our services. Your contributions to Jukely are intended for public consumption and are viewable by the public, including your hypes and reviews. They may be displayed in public feeds in our mobile apps and website. You can limit the public nature of your posts in your privacy settings on our website.
Jukely may use remarketing and behavioral targeting services from vendors such as Facebook and Twitter to present offers to you for our products or services over the Facebook and Twitter advertising networks, based on your activity on our site. Jukely may contain links to other sites. Any information you provide on those sites is provided directly to the owner of that site and is subject to that party's privacy policy. Our privacy policy does not apply to such sites, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of those sites.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Please be aware, however, that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
If you have an account, you can access and modify the personal information you provided us that is associated with your account. You may "opt out" of receiving marketing or promotional emails from us by changing your account preferences or by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out of these messages, you will still receive emails from us, about your account, our services and other pertinent information related to our services. These communications are considered part of the service and your account, which you cannot opt-out from receiving.

Our service is not directed to people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a person under 16, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.

If you are a Jukely user or subscriber, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or modify the personal data you provided to us and associated with your membership or subscription. You can do so by visiting your settings, or by reaching out to us at [email protected].
When you unsubscribe from Jukely emails, we will cease all non-account related communication for the emails you unsubscribed from. However, if you'd like to delete your personal data, you can do so by contacting us at [email protected]. Keep in mind that search engines and other third parties may still retain copies of your information even after you have deleted the information from our services or deactivated your account. We may retain copies your data for no more than 5 years after your account has become inactive.
In the event your personal data is compromised by a breach into our system and/or security, we will attempt to notify you of the breach within 72 hours of its discovery.
