iHeartMedia, Inc. (“iHeartMedia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust as it relates to the privacy of children who use our technology platforms. Please read below to learn how we collect, protect, share and use information collected via our child-directed technology platforms (“Platforms”), including iHeartRadio Family. This privacy policy does not apply to other iHeartMedia sites and platforms that display other privacy statements, or our sites and platforms which are not directed at children. Do Not Track
Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. These features are not yet uniform, and our systems are not configured to recognize Do Not Track headers or signals from some or all browsers.

We generally do not collect or retain personal information (i.e., information that is identifiable to an individual), but in the event we ever do collect such information, where provided for by applicable privacy laws, you may be entitled to exercise some or all of the rights described below with respect to such personal information:

Sale/Sharing Opt-out: We believe this offering does not currently “sell” or “share” the personal information that is subject to this privacy policy, as defined under applicable privacy laws.

Opt-out of Automated Decision-Making: You have the right to request to opt-out of any profiling or automated decision-making, to the extent we engage in those processing activities.

For purposes of California law, please note the following:
We collect and use the following categories of personal information for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy: identifiers; personal information categories listed in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e); commercial information; and geolocation data.
