Installing and Using the App – When you install and use our apps on your mobile device you are not required to provide personal information such as your name, email address, telephone, etc.
If you decide to utilize Google Play Games service (which is optional and not necessary to play our apps), the Google Play Games service may request you to provide additional personal information, including requesting and utilizing your Google Account information. (Your Google Account information will include personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number or credit card, etc.)

Payments And Payment Processors
There are no purchases (in-app or otherwise) available or necessary with our apps. Our apps are free and there are no in-app purchases. If you register and use Google Play Games Service, you may have the option to purchase Third party apps (that are not affiliated with NRS Magic). Google Play and/or the apps may require you to make payments and provide personal information. We do not have any control over the Third party apps or Google’s privacy policies.
If you choose to sign into the Google Play Games app, you may have the option to share your playing experience through Google, for example by playing using a Gamer ID that is linked to your Google Account that allows you to share your results with other Gamers and play others through multiplayer modes.
What Do We Do With Your Personal And Non-Personal Information?
We do not collect Personal Information from you when you use our apps. We do collect certain information that is not for the purpose of identifying you ("Non PII"). This information includes, but is not limited to, device state information, unique device identifiers, device hardware and OS information and information relating to how the Service's functionality.
Sharing Personal Information With Others
We will share your personal information only subject to the terms of this Policy, or subject to your prior consent.
We use non-identifiable information gathered in our analytics system & share it with the user acquisition platforms - Google & Facebook. We do not sell information or monetize our users’ data.

Aggregated And Analytical Information
Aggregated data is not identifiable. We use it for legitimate business purposes.
We share anonymous, statistical or aggregated user information and data with Third Party analytical tools in order to help us analyze our user base and improve the Service. The use of aggregated data does not identify individuals and we take considerable precautions to make sure that the data cannot be associated with you. You the User can use all our apps without any registration. If you register with Google Play Games Service, you can contact Google to learn about your Choices regarding your personal information. We do not have any control over Google’s privacy features or policies. Users have the choice to hide their Google profile from Google Play Games Services independently of our apps or to uninstall the Google Play Game app completely. When receiving your requests, we may need to ask you to provide us certain credentials to make sure that you are who you claim to be. We may also need to ask you to provide us necessary details to identify data related to you on our or our Third Party Services’ systems.
If Third Party Systems need to delete data following your request, it may take some time until residual copies are deleted from their active servers and from their backup systems.

NRS Magic’s Service and apps are not directed to children under 16 years of age and anyone under the age of 16 does not have our permission to use our apps.
