LeRosh provides this Privacy Policy to help you make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using the Lease Exchange application and Lease Exchange Service. If you do not agree to our practices, please do not use the Lease Exchange application and Lease Exchange Service.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Advertisement Id, Location, Email The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.  The user provides a certain Personally Identifiable Information, such as email and location (zip code) of the mobile device to Lease Exchange when choosing to participate in various uses of the Lease Exchange Service, such as registering as a user, communicating with other users and publishing your auto lease information. Location of the user device (zip code) can be manually changed by user.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

You may, of course, decline to submit Personally Identifiable Information through the Lease Exchange Service, in which case Lease Exchange may not be able to provide certain services to you. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, please delete your account, uninstall the Lease Exchange mobile application and discontinue use of the Lease Exchange Service; your continued usage of the Lease Exchange Service will signify your assent to and acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Our Commitment To Data Security

Lease Exchange uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Lease Exchange and you do so at your own risk. Using unsecured wifi or other unprotected networks to submit messages through the Lease Exchange Service is never recommended. Once we receive your transmission of information, Lease Exchange makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. If Lease Exchange learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you via email so that you can take appropriate protective steps.

In the Event of Merger, Sale, or Bankruptcy

In the event that LeRosh is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the (hopefully) unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.
