As Okidokido Digital Technologies Limited ("OkiDokiDo"), we attach great importance to processing and maintaining your personal data in accordance with any and all relevant legal regulations, and primarily in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
OkiDokiDo Digital Technologies Limited ("OkiDokiDo") has developed this Privacy Policy to help you understand how OkiDokiDo collects, uses and discloses information OkiDokiDo may collect from you and/or your device (computer, phone or other mobile device), or that you may provide to OkiDokiDo, while using OkiDokiDo's apps and web site www.okidokido.com (collectively "OkiDokiDo Platform").
By using the OkiDokiDo Platform, you agree to how OkiDokiDo collects, uses and discloses information that is collected from you. If you are under 18 years old, you acknowledge that your legal guardian has consented to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use. If you, or your legal guardian do not accept or understand this Privacy Policy, please do not use the OkiDokiDo Platform.

Okidoki may collect your personal and non-personal data as specified below:
OkiDokiDo may receive and store any Personal Information and/or Non-Personal Information that you provide when you interact with OkiDokiDo. These are the data provided by you such as your name, email or postal code, payment methods or phone number, and/or data provided by you for the purposes of, including but not limited to, reviewing OkiDokiDo Platform, participation to a contest, research or survey, making an order or contacting with OkiDokiDo via phone or email.
If you choose not to share certain information. OkiDokiDo may use information you provide to communicate with you and to improve the OkiDokiDo Platform. OkiDokiDo may use the data provided by you in order to interact with you and to develop OkiDokiDo Platform.
Information such as:
with respect to the computer, network, network devices or other compatible devices that you may use to access our application, as well as how you use our services and your interaction with our ad campaigns.
OkiDokiDo may receive and store these information whenever you interact with OkiDokiDo. While you are able to visit the OkiDokiDo Platform and remain anonymous, OkiDokiDo and/or OkiDokiDo's third-party service providers may still collect Non-Personal Information through technological means. Such information may be gathered by the following methods:
Tracking . Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by us and our partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking user's movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
Device Information . When you download and use the OkiDokiDo Platform, OkiDokiDo automatically collects information on the type of device you use, operating system, application version, and the persistent device identifier ("Device ID"). You consent to OkiDokiDo collecting this information.
Metadata . Metadata is data collected and used to facilitate the OkiDokiDo Platform, monitor system usage, prevent fraud, and for other services. Some examples of metadata that OkiDokiDo may collect and analyze include, without limitation, the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, computer and connection information (such as browser type, version, and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform), the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) click sequence to, through, and from the OkiDokiDo Platform, including date and time, cookie number and any products, services or features you use or interact with arising out of or in connection with your use of the OkiDokiDo Platform.
Log files . As true of most websites, OkiDokiDo gathers certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.
Tools . OkiDokiDo may use software tools to measure and collect information about your use of the OkiDokiDo Platform, including, without limitation, page response times, upload and file transfer errors, interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse- overs), features use, purchase tracking and order fulfillment and methods. Sometimes, you will have a choice whether or not to provide information, but if you fail to provide certain information it could impact some features and/or functionalities of the OkiDokiDo Platform.
Okidoki requests, for the purposes of “sending notifications”, “geo-location” and to enable in-app dials - and solely limited to such purposes - consent to some features such as “access to microphone” and “speech recognition”. Upon your consent, OkiDokiDo may collect the data accessible through such consented features.
OkiDokiDo may receive information about you from OkiDokiDo's third-party service providers, or other sources such as purchase or redemption information, OkiDokiDo Platform usage, payment information, reporting information, page-view information, technical, fulfillment, advertising, search information and credit history information. Such information may be gathered by the following methods:
Mobile Analytics . OkiDokiDo uses mobile analytics software to better understand the functionality of its Mobile Software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. OkiDokiDo does not link the information stored within the analytics software to any personal information you submit within the application.
Local Storage Objects . OkiDokiDo uses Local Storage Objects (LSOs) such as HTML 5 or Flash to store content information and preferences. Third-parties with whom OkiDokiDo partners to provide certain features on OkiDokiDo's site or to display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity use LSOs such as HTML 5 or Flash to collect and store information.
Social Media Features and Tools. The OkiDokiDo Platform may include integrated social media features and tools such as the "Like" button, "Share This" button on the Open ID Platforms like social media platforms and interactive mini-programs that run in the OkiDokiDo Platform. These Features may collect information on your IP address, which page you are visiting on OkiDokiDo's site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social media features and tools are either hosted by a third-party or hosted directly on the OkiDokiDo Platform. Your interactions with these integrated social media features and tools are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
Your personal data will be processed:

adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
accurate and up to date,
for explicit and legitimate purposes.
Without your consent, OkiDokiDo does not sell your personal data to the third-parties and does not disclose your personal data, except it is allowed or made obligatory by the legal rules. Parents have the right to consent to collection and use of personal information from their child without also consenting to its disclosure to third-parties, as OkiDokiDo does not share information that may be collected from your child.
OkiDokiDo uses Personal and Non-Personal Information, among other things, to monitor system performance, analyze internal business systems, improve the OkiDokiDo Platform, fulfill requests for additional products and services, contact you about promotional and marketing activities, provide customer support, and conduct research. For example:
Email Communications . OkiDokiDo may use your Personal Information to send you newsletters and emails related to promotions and/or events. You can opt out of receiving promotional emails by following the instructions in the relevant correspondence. Once OkiDokiDo has processed your opt-out request, OkiDokiDo will not send you further promotional emails unless you later opt back in. Whether you opt out of receiving promotional emails or not, OkiDokiDo reserves the right to email you with respect to important information, notices or changes relating to the OkiDokiDo Platform.
Contact Us . If you choose to use the "Contact Us" form you will be asked to provide Personal Information, request type of inquiry, and describe the purpose for which you are contacting OkiDokiDo. If OkiDokiDo becomes aware of that you are under the specified age limit and thus qualify as ‘Child’ within the meaning of the applicable legislation in your territory, OkiDokiDo will delete your email address once your request has been fulfilled.
Geo-Location Data . To provide the most appropriate content, OkiDokiDo may ask for your permission to access your location data.
Push Notifications . On occasion, OkiDokiDo will send you push notifications when using OkiDokiDo's mobile applications regarding alerts to new contents, as well as other account information that may be important to you. If you no longer wish to receive these types of communications, you may opt-out from receiving them by turning them off at the device level through the settings of the device or by contacting OkiDokiDo at [email protected].
Advertising OkiDokiDo partners with third parties to display advertising on OkiDokiDo Platform and or to manage its advertising on other sites. Our third party partners may use cookies or similar technologies in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests.
The use and protection of information is an important component of OkiDokiDo's business. Examples of how OkiDokiDo shares and discloses your information is as follows:
Legal . OkiDokiDo may disclose information you provide to respond to subpoenas, court orders, requests from authorities, and other legal process, and to establish/exercise OkiDokiDo's legal rights. OkiDokiDo may also disclose your information to defend against legal claims when OkiDokiDo believes that disclosure is necessary to protect OkiDokiDo's rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. OkiDokiDo may share Personal Information in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, and situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of OkiDokiDo's Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.
Business Transfers . As OkiDokiDo continues to develop its business, OkiDokiDo may reorganize as a business entity, acquire entities, subsidiaries, or business units, or enter into joint ventures with third-parties. In any of these types of transactions, any information you provide may be one of the transferred business assets (subject to any pre-existing privacy notice unless you consent otherwise). In the event that all or substantially all of OkiDokiDo's assets are acquired or OkiDokiDo merges with a third-party, your information will likely be one of the transferred assets. You understand and agree that OkiDokiDo reserves the right to transfer any information collected from you in the case of any such transfer. In such event, OkiDokiDo will use reasonable efforts to notify you before Personal Information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control . OkiDokiDo may use third-party companies and individuals to perform functions on OkiDokiDo's behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, processing payments, hosting, data storage, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. Based on this instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures, OkiDokiDo may provide such entities with access to certain information needed to perform their functions.
Facebook, Google+ or Other OpenID Provider. You may be able to log in to some of OkiDokiDo's mobile applications using sign-in services such as Google+ or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with OkiDokiDo such as your name and email address to pre-populate OkiDokiDo's sign up form. Services like Google+ give you the option to post information about your activities on the OkiDokiDo website to your profile page to share with others within your network.
Pursuant to the relevant applicable legislation, you have the right:

previously transferred, in the events of your request for rectification of inaccurate or
misleading personal data and erasure or destruction of the same,

You can exercise your aforementioned rights via a written notice or, in the event that alternative methods are defined by the Personal Data Protection Committee, via using such methods. Your requests will be replied at the earliest convenience, and at latest within 30 days.
If processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you can always withdraw such consent through updating/changing the Okidokido app’s ad personalization and/or ad tracking settings from your device settings (however, this would not effect the process prior to withdrawal of your consent).

Disabling Promotional Emails
If you are getting Okidokido promotional emails and do not wish to receive the same, you can “opt out” of receiving promotional emails by following the instructions in the relevant email, through the “cancel subscription” link in the relevant e-mail or by contacting us through [email protected]. Please allow for a period up to ten (10) business days for your request to be put into process. You may continue receiving non-promotional e-mails (e.g. important amendments to privacy policy, matters related to the Platform or critical data access).
Disabling Targeting Advertising
If you wish to limit behavioural targeting advertising, you can do so by restricting ad tracking from your device settings. Please note that disabling features may vary depending on the browser and the device, and it may take a little while for the new settings to take effect.
Apple Devices:.Open settings on your mobile device (such as i-phone or i-pad) and select Privacy. You can limit the Ad Tracking from “Advertising” section.
Android Devices: From your app list, open settings and select “Ads”. Once the “Ads” window is open, you may disable your Google Advertisement ID
Third-Party Advertising
You may enable or disable third-party advertising through your device settings or through third-party enabling or disabling tools.
If you do not want to receive in-app personalised advertising from our third-party partners based on your fields of interest as may be determined from your mobile device, you can disable this feature through the application’s personalized ads settings. Further, you may reset the “Advertisement Identifier” (such as IDFA) from your mobile device settings, and thus prevent continuous usage of your existing behavioural data based on your Ad Identifier. Please note that, even after adjustment of such settings, you may continue to receive third party advertisements, although such ads will no longer be personalised to your fields of interests and requirements.
Disabling Application Notifications
OkiDokiDo may sent instant notifications to your mobile device in order to provide information, news, updates and other data. You can regulate these notifications from your in-app “settings” page or your mobile device’s notifications control panel.
Disabling Social Media Platforms
If you wish to alter or regulate the data collected by OkiDokiDo through a social media platform, you will need to perform the applicable instructions under the relevant social media site.
Disabling Location Sharing
If you have previously allowed our access to your location identifior data, you may cease our access to your location through the relevant in-app settings from your mobile device or through the “settings” page of the relevant application.
Disabling Analytics
We use third party analytic tools including Google analytics. Our third party partners may enable generation of user profiles through aliases and collect and store data related to our web-site. The data collection and usage of such third parties are subject to their respective privacy policies, and you can disable their actions by following the instructions under their respective privacy policy statements.
You may reach to Google Analytics terms and conditions through http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html and Google Privacy Policy through http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/. You may disable your browser’s cookies in order to prevent Google Analytics to identify your access to websites. If you do not wish your data to be collected and used by Google Analytics, you may download the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Extension from https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The security of your Personal Information is important to OkiDokiDo. OkiDokiDo follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to OkiDokiDo, both during transmission and once it is received. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, OkiDokiDo cannot guarantee its absolute security. While no security system is completely secure, OkiDokiDo and its third-party partners and vendors take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure of the information collected by OkiDokiDo. For OkiDokiDo, this includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that all Personal and Financial Information is disclosed only on a "need to know" basis and ensuring that all Personal Information collected by OkiDokiDo is done so via secured connections and protected and encrypted (using secure socket layer technology,"SSL") by industrial grade security software to guard against unauthorized access.
The OkiDokiDo Platform contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by OkiDokiDo. Please be aware that OkiDokiDo is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. OkiDokiDo encourages you to be aware when you leave OkiDokiDo's site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by the OkiDokiDo Platform.
Anyone deemed a ‘child’ under the applicable legislation (i.e. under the age of 18 in Turkey, age 13 or 16 in EU or age 13 in the US) should not be providing us their personal data and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Children should not attempt to create an account or to send us any data including name, address, phone number and e-mail address. If OkiDokiDo realizes that any data have been collected from children in violation of these measures and without parents’ consent, it will immediately close the relevant account and take the reasonable measures to delete such data from its database and prevent the use of such data for any purpose (except when it is necessary to protect child’s security or allowed by the legal rules or to comply with a legal obligaton). When you use our services, your personal data may be transferred cross-borders. The personal data we collect from you may be transferred outside of the borders of European Economic Area (“EAA”), including locations which are not subject to any European Commission decisions stipulating sufficient protection for personal data, and may be stored in such locations. Your personal data may be shared with our subsidiaries, may be processed by our or our partners’ personnel or may be shared with third parties outside of EEA. We will, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, perform all necessary actions required and sufficient for the protection of your Personal Data and take all acknowledged precautions for the protection of your Personal Data.

If you or your child's information changes, or if you no longer desire the OkiDokiDo Platform, you may make corrections and updates, delete inaccuracies, or request deletion or further contact with you or your child, by updating your account information or by contacting OkiDokiDo at [email protected]. OkiDokiDo will respond to your access request within a reasonbale timeframe.
OkiDokiDo will retain you and your child's information for as long as you or your child's account is active, or as needed to provide services. If you wish to cancel your child's account or request that OkiDokiDo no longer use the information to provide services, contact OkiDokiDo at the email address listed above. OkiDokiDo will retain and use the information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
OkiDokiDo may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to information practices. If OkiDokiDo makes any material changes, OkiDokiDo will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on OkiDokiDo's website, www.okidokido.com prior to the change becoming effective.
