We respect the privacy of the users of our mobile applications, website and services (together shall be regarded as the “Service“ or “Services”) and are committed to protect the information of our users (collectively or individually; "You", “Your”, “User” or "Users"). We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we collect when you use our Service and download the apps.
The Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Service, including developers, users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials or services.

We collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Loomatix’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use its website. From time to time, we may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
We also collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on our blogs. Loomatix only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.
We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request and also information sent by our installed apps, including other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.

As stated above - we don’t gather personal identifying information. However, if for some reason we will have some kind of personal information, we will take all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of personally identifying information. We disclose personally identifying information only to those of our employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf or to provide services available at our Service, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Our Service integrates sharing capabilities that let you share your content through third-party services and platforms; i.e. the current widespread social-networks and cloud-services. This allows you to share your content instantly in your preferred social network, and without the need to create and manage multiple profiles in various different social platforms.
This Privacy Policy is not necessarily valid to third-party services, and each third-party service has its sole privacy policy. You acknowledge that we has no control over third-party services and their privacy policy, and third-party services are provided to you “as-is”. We are not liable and not responsible in any way to the services you enable and get from these third-party platforms, and also not responsible to any information you send to them. Your social information displayed to other people is subjected to the restrictions and permissions that you have defined in your account in each of your social networks.
Some of our apps automatically tag your photos and videos with your location at the time they were captured, posted or shared. For this only reason the apps need your location information. In addition, our applications give you the capability to decide whether to share this information so that other users may see the location of the photos or videos.
Please note that your location may be estimated as part of the analytics information collection as described in "Analytics Information" & "Gathering of Non-Personally Identifying Information" sections. However, this information is collected and used as statistical information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.
We may contain links to other sites. Our site is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that site.
We may collect statistics about the behavior and attributes of visitors to its websites. For instance, we may monitor and identify the most popular types of user interactions on our sites. We may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, we do not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described above.

If Loomatix, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Loomatix may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
