Company refers to Crazy Panda Rus, a commercial corporation that is a legal resident of the Russian Federation, and Crazy Panda Limited, a commercial corporation that is a legal resident of the Republic of Cyprus.
This Privacy Policy applies to Company’s owned and operated games, websites and related products (“Products”). All changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. When we change the policy in a material manner, we will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice in the Products, prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Products after the effective date will be subject to the new Privacy Policy.

Access, Correction, Deletion
If you want to know about your Personal Data that we store, write us an email with the title “Access Personal Data” at [email protected], and within 30 days in a reply letter we will provide you with a list of your Personal Data that we have, and we will answer your further questions.
If you want to correct your Personal Data that we store, write us an email with the title “Correct Personal Data” at [email protected], and indicate in its text what your Personal Data you want to correct and the relevant information. We will correct your Personal Data within 30 days and send you an updated list of your Personal Data in a reply letter.
If you want us to delete your personal data that we store, write us an email with the title “Delete Personal Data” to [email protected]. We will then reach out to you in the matter of 30 days, will send you instructions on how to confirm your identity, and then remove all your Personal Data. WARNING: after that you will not be able to restore your in-game account and in-game purchases.

Age Limits
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest based advertising to anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Products. If you are under 13, please do not send any data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide any personal data. If we learn that we have collected personal data about a child under age 13 and without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that data as quickly as possible.
