THE INFORMATION VIVID DIGITAL APPS COLLECTS
To gain use of Vivid Digital Apps with your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, Android or Tablet we must collect your Unique Device Identifier or “UDID”. The UDID is a special type of identifier that uniquely identifies your device and is used in software applications for providing a unique reference number for applications like those used by your mobile device. We will not disclose or share your UDID to other parties. When using Vivid Digital Apps, you may provide Vivid Digital Apps with certain personal information, such as your age, profile, comments, photographs, geographic locations, ethnic background, preference data and more. This information is meant to be seen by the Vivid Digital Apps users only.
THE WAY VIVID DIGITAL APPS USES INFORMATION
In general, persons we employ directly, or as contractors or agents at our direction, use the personal information provided by you for the purposes of administering our business activities, providing customer services such as support, and making available other products or services we think may be of interest to Vivid Digital Apps users. If you submit personal information to us through Vivid Digital Apps, then we will use that personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of Vivid Digital Apps. Vivid Digital Apps may disclosure and display of your geographic location/distance data to other Vivid Digital Apps users. They can use the filtering feature to filter out other users by different criteria, such as age and ethnic background. The information that you enter into your profile will be used for these filters.
If you voluntarily choose to disclose your geographic location in Vivid Digital Apps, such information will become publicly available and will be used within your profile and can be viewed and filtered by other Vivid Digital Apps users. Except as specified in this policy, we do not share any of your personal information with any third parties other than our advertising display partners such as Apple Inc and AdMob Google Inc and analytics partners such as Google.
YOUR INFORMATION IN RELATION TO OTHERS WE LINK TO
You may be able to access other ads, link or apps through Vivid Digital Apps. When you do so, you are subject to their policies regarding privacy and data collection and you should read those policies carefully before using the same. Vivid Digital Apps do not accept responsibility for their use of your personal information, their privacy and data collection practices.
SHARING INFORMATION WITH ADVERTISERS OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES
We may disclose anonymous information about user habits, characteristics and user patterns, based on aggregate user statistics to advertisers on Vivid Digital Apps.
The parties who perform services for us (e.g. our Internet Service Provider) may also have access to your information in performing such services.
IN THE EVENT OF MERGER, SALE, OR BANKRUPTCY
If Vivid Digital Apps is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from Vivid Digital Apps users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. We will not allow them to use it for any other purpose.
In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.
