This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Sketchar Inc. and its related companies collect, use and share personal information of users of sketchar.tech (sketchar.io and blog.sketchar.io) and “Sketchar” mobile app available on App Store, Google Play, etc (“Mobile App” and “Website”)
This Policy also applies to any of our other websites that post this Policy. This Policy does not apply to websites that post different statements.
The Mobile App and the Website are operated by Sketchar Inc., which is also referred to in this Policy as "we", "our", and "us"

1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY.
1.1. We may change this Policy in any time. If we make any changes, we will change the «Last revised on» date above.
1.2. Any changes to the Policy will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our notification of the changes via the Website and the Mobile App. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of the Website and the Mobile App. Continued use of the Website and the Mobile App following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgment of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.

If you do not agree with the Policy or changes to this Policy do not access or stop using the Website and/or the Mobile App.

1.3. For the understanding of all parties involved “the Mobile App” is a photo and video editor that allows users to edit portraits based on neural network technology that automatically generates artistic facial transformations.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT
2.1. We get information about you in a range of ways.
A) Information you give Us.
We collect your‎ name, email address, username, demographic information (such as your gender and occupation), payment method information, feedback and survey responses, as well as other information you directly give Us on our Website or Mobile App. This information allows Us to provide you with the services via the Website or the Mobile App.
We do not sell personal information to anyone and only share it with third parties who are facilitating the delivery of our services with the Website or the Mobile App, including financial agents.

B) Information We get from others.
We may get information about you from other legitimate sources. We may add this information to the information We get with this Website and Mobile App. We collect only information that you manifestly made public, indicating that you wished and expected such data to be further processed.

For example, if you create your Account using your login (account information) from a third party’s website or service, we'll be able to access and collect your name (surname, if applicable) and email address, and other data that your privacy settings on that third party’s website or service permits us to access but we never receive or store passwords for those third party’s websites and services.

We cannot delete or change any Information that is stored on third-party websites and services.

C) Information automatically collected.
We automatically log information about you and your device while you are visiting the Website or the Mobile App. We may log your device operating system type, network connection, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing to the Website, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, as well as (IP) addresses, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, and other usage information about the use of the Website or the Mobile App, including access times and information about your use of and actions, in particular:

(a) When you use our Website and Mobile App, we collect usage information, such as the sessions, what screens or features you access, and other similar types of usage information.
(b) When you make a purchase, we collect information about the purchase description, price, subscription or free trial expiration date, and time and date of the transaction.
(c) We collect standard log files when you use our Website and Mobile App, which include the type of web browser you use, app version, access times and dates, pages viewed, your IP address, and the page you visited before navigating to our Website.
(d) We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use, including the hardware model, operating system and version, device identifiers set by your device operating system, and network information.

D) Cookies.
We may log information using “cookies”. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a Website. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your device until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Website and Mobile App.
We use this information to help us design our Website and Mobile App to better suit our users’ needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Website, analyze trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitor preferences.

E) Cookie notice.

We also use third-party cookies, which are cookies from a domain different than the domain of the website you are visiting, for our advertising and marketing efforts

These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but we do not guarantee that the Website will work in this circumstance. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.

G) Third party website cookies
When using our Website, or Mobile App you may be directed to other websites for such activities as surveys, to make payment, to view content hosted on those websites such as an embedded video or news article. These websites may use their own cookies. We do not have control over cookies by other websites you visit, even if you are directed to them from our Website or Mobile App.

H) How to control and delete cookies
Many of the cookies used on our Website and through emails, and Mobile App can be enabled or disabled through your browser or device.

3. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
- We use third-party cloud providers – specifically, Amazon Web Services – to process and edit photographs. These cloud providers do not use or have access to your personal information or identifiable information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval.
- The Mobile App only uploads to the cloud the photographs that you specifically select for editing.
- Photographs are temporarily cached on the cloud servers during the editing process, and encrypted using a key stored locally on your mobile device.
- Photographs remain in the cloud, so that you can return to the image and make additional changes if you so choose. You can delete your photographs. Your photographs will be deleted if you ask us to delete your account, so you are solely responsible for creating and maintaining your backup copies of your photographs if you desire.
- We do not use the photographs you provide when you use the Mobile App for any reason other than to provide you with the portrait editing functionality of the Mobile App.
- In case your Account or information about you were deleted we will continue to storage your User content, uploaded content for the limited period of time to fulfill the legal requirements.

3A. We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- to perform our contractual obligations towards you including operating, maintaining, and improving our sites, products, and services.
- to process and deliver contest entries and rewards.
- to respond to comments and questions and provide customer service.
- to send information including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
- to communicate about promotions, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by us and our selected partners.
- to link or combine user information with other personal information.
- to protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity on the Website and Mobile App.
- to provide and deliver products and services customers’ request;
- to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations.

4. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1. We may share personal information as follows:
- We may share personal information with your consent. For example, you may let us share personal information with others for their own marketing uses. Those uses will be subject to their privacy policies.
- We may share personal information when we do a business deal, or negotiate a business deal, involving the sale or transfer of all or a part of our business or assets. These deals can include any merger, financing, acquisition, or bankruptcy transaction or proceeding.
- We may share personal information for legal, protection, and safety purposes.
- We may share personal information to comply with laws.

- We may share personal information to protect the rights and property of SketchAR Inc., our agents, customers, and others. This includes enforcing our agreements, policies, and terms of use.
- We may share personal information in an emergency. This includes protecting the safety of our employees and agents, our customers, or any person.
- We may share personal information with those who need it to do work for Us.

We may also share aggregated and/or anonymized data with others for their own uses, we do our best to maintain such data unidentifiable.

5. Your rights in relation to your information
You have control over your personal data. We are taking reasonable steps in order to enable you to access, receive a copy of, update, amend, delete, or limit the use of your data. We may ask you for additional information to confirm your identity and for security purposes, before disclosing the requested data to you. You can update, amend, delete, or limit the use of your data via your account by yourself. You can ask to access, receive a copy of your data via [support email]
Please notice that deletion or amendment may have effects on how the Website or the Mobile App works, we cannot guarantee you that after deletion or amendment you may use the Website or the Mobile App as you did before.
In case if you deleted your data and then demand to provide the copy of it, you will be able to receive only the current data, we cannot provide you with the deleted information.

6. How long we store your Personal information
We may retain your personal information for as long as your Account is active, as indicated in this Policy or as otherwise needed to provide you with our services via the Website or the Mobile App.

We may continue to retain such data even after you deactivate your Account and/or cease to use the Website or the Mobile App, as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations or regulatory requirements, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our agreements and/or protect our legitimate interests. Where your data is no longer required, we will ensure it is securely deleted.

7. INFORMATION CHOICES AND CHANGES
While registering Account you may agree to receive a marketing email. Our marketing emails tell you how to “opt-out” (unsubscribe). If you opt out, we may still send you non-marketing emails. Non-marketing emails include emails about your accounts, our business dealings with you or providing services via Website or Mobile App.
You may send requests about personal information to our Contact Information below. You can request to change contact choices, opt-out of our sharing with others, and update your personal information.
You can typically remove and reject cookies from our Website with your browser settings. Many browsers are set to accept cookies until you change your settings. If you remove or reject our cookies, it could affect how our Website works for you.
