Your use of the App is governed by that certain End User License Agreement (“License”) you enter into and agree to by downloading the App. To the extent that there is a conflict between this privacy policy and the License, the License will control with respect to your use of the App; this Privacy Policy will control with respect to our collection, use, disclosure and disposal of your information.
