The Website and App are c ollectively referred to as the "Platform". The provision of the Platform and the products and services available on or through the Platform are hereafter referred to as "Services".

At Meritnation, we are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. Please read this Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we treat it. The Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data, that we collect from you or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

  1. THE PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

        • regulators and other bodies, as required by law or regulation.
    2. We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law.
