Effective Date: July 1, 2014

This Uconnect Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Sprint and FCA US will collect, access, use, and disclose your personal information, vehicle information, and information related to your use of the Uconnect Services. It applies to the Uconnect Services as defined in the Uconnect Terms of Service, and which include the Uconnect website (driveuconnect.com) and the Uconnect Access application, provided by Sprint and its trusted service providers in partnership with FCA US. All terms in this Policy are fully enforceable by FCA US and FCA US affiliates. Our collection, access, use, safeguarding, and disclosure of your personal information and vehicle information, and the personal information of any of the occupants in your vehicle, are subject to U.S. law. This Policy only applies to information that Sprint or FCA US collect about you or your vehicle (including information from or about any of the occupants in your vehicle) through the Uconnect Services. This Policy does not restrict our use or sharing of information which is anonymized or in an aggregated form, (i.e. information that cannot be used to directly identify you or your vehicle). Information collected by Sprint or FCA US about you independent of the Uconnect Services (e.g., as a Sprint wireless customer) is not governed by this Policy.

INFORMATION YOU GIVE US Sprint collects the information you provide (for instance, when you register for the Uconnect Services or call Uconnect Customer Care for assistance), including, but not limited to, your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and credit card information.

INFORMATION SPRINT AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTS In addition to the information that you directly provide, Sprint may collect information from you or your vehicle (with Information You Give, all called “Collected Data”) which may include but not limited to:

HOW SPRINT AND FCA US USE YOUR INFORMATION Sprint and FCA US use Collected Data for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to provide the Uconnect Services to you; for troubleshooting and maintenance; to communicate with you about your account, primarily through the email address you provide at registration; to prevent fraud and misuse of the Uconnect Services; to allow Sprint and FCA US (and their subsidiaries, affiliates, and dealers) to evaluate and improve products or services, and to offer you new or additional products or services; to protect your safety and the safety of others; to comply with laws, regulations, court orders, and subpoenas or similar requests for information by authorities; to analyze vehicle information and vehicle use information for quality and product improvement purposes, and to enforce the Uconnect Terms of Service. This list is not meant to be exhaustive. Sprint shares the Collected Data with FCA US, who uses it for its purposes and purposes of its affiliated companies, including marketing. Sprint will not use Vehicle Data unless specifically authorized by FCA US, although Sprint and FCA US will each use Location Information as described above.

HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED Sprint and FCA US may share Collected Data with each other. Either may disclose the Collected Data to any of the third parties described below, and for any of the uses described in How Sprint and FCA US Use Your Information.

Information Shared with Third Parties: Sprint and FCA US may share Collected Data with third parties who facilitate or provide some aspect of the Uconnect Services, such as third-party application providers, roadside assistance providers, law enforcement, regulatory agencies, or emergency service providers. Sprint and FCA US also share that information to enable any of the uses described in How Sprint and FCA US Use Your Information. Vehicle Data may be collected and shared with FCA US at all times and including for a period of time after your use of the Uconnect Services. This includes GPS location information about your vehicle. FCA US uses this information as set forth in this Policy and shares it in the same manner as Sprint as described in this Policy. Your use of third-party applications may result in these third parties collecting your personal information and obtaining information from Sprint, including location information (when applicable). You may also choose to give personal information directly to third parties when using the Uconnect Services. In each case, personal information you give a third party will be subject to that third party’s terms, conditions, and policies—not this Policy. You should review a third party’s privacy policy and terms of service before providing your information or using the third-party service.

Business Transfers: Collected Data may be disclosed and transferred by Sprint or FCA US as part of any merger, acquisition, financing, sale of company assets or interests in the company, or transition of service to another provider. In the unlikely event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, personal information may also be transferred as a business asset.
