We allow you to sign up and log in using your Facebook account. If you sign up using Facebook, Facebook will ask your permission to share certain information from your Facebook account with us. You can control the information that we receive from Facebook using the privacy settings in your Facebook account. If you sign up to the Platform using Facebook, your Company account will be connected automatically to your Facebook account but information regarding your activity on the Platform will only be shared with Facebook if you provide instructions to do so by clicking on the required boxes to confirm any sharing of your listening choices. Unless you provide comments to the Platform, submit information to Company, or register for updates from Company, we do not collect any personally identifiable information from you. If you submit comments or information or register to receive updates or send us e-mail, we utilize identifiable information about you that you have already provided to us (for example: in order to process a support ticket). Further if you contact us via a mobile device, we collect automatically the Member ID, App version, device type and operating system version to assist with any issue. That information is not stored in our data bases but is stored with our trusted third party support ticket handler and is subject to the terms of their privacy policy and terms of service. We offer the option for users to sign up and sign in to our website and apps using their Apple ID. This includes your first name, last name, email address, and UID from Apple in order to verify your identity. We offer an Alexa skill that allows our premium subscribers to listen to our channels via Alexa-enabled devices. In the authentication process, our Website serves as the authentication provider, and Amazon/Alexa receives an authentication token generated by our Website upon successful account linking. The Alexa skill itself has access only to the last event currently executed (i.e. what the user said to the skill using the invocation words, and all information Alexa provides in the response by the device). The Alexa skill does not collect users' personal information (such as name, email, password, phone number, birth date, etc.). We may collect information from users who subscribe to our premium service, but this information is not accessible to the Alexa skill. We currently log each request and response of the Alexa skill using Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloudwatch. These logs help us to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the skill and to improve its functionality. The logs do not contain any personal information identifying the user. We currently keep the logs for 30 days. We take steps to protect user data and ensure its security in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
