Mob Arts will not share any Information with other parties except as described in this policy. Personal Information may include: (i) information that you make available to Mob Arts when you open an account or use the Service, such as the name, address or credit card number; (ii) information which you make available to Service as you use them, including the information you make available to others through the Services and the information you store using the Services; (iii) Shared Information that others using the Services make available, such as information contained in postings they make and communication they make to you and others using the Service (Shared Information is information about you or relating to you that is voluntarily shared on our Services, including postings that you make on our Services (including your public profile and the lists you create), any postings from others that you re-post and including location data and log data associated with these postings. Shared Information also includes information about you (including location data and log data) that others who are using our Services share about you.); and (iv) information Mob Arts collects as you use the Service, such as certain location data, log data and other public information. If you are a user from European Union, "Personal Information" means "personal data" within the meaning of article 2 (a) of the Directive 95/46 of 24 October 1995. “Non-personal Information” is any information that relates to you but from which it is not practicable to directly or indirectly identify you, including Personal Information in aggregated, anonymised or pseudonymised form.
You may be asked to provide Information during the sign in process, and then in connection with the use of Mob Arts’ games, products, services, applications and online sites. While Mob Arts collects Information on a voluntary basis, for certain Services, Mob Arts’ collection of Information may be a requirement for access to the product or Service or to process a user's order.
In some jurisdictions, certain Personal Information, such as information about your race or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical views or personal health, is characterized as “sensitive” and is subject to stricter regulation than other Personal Information. Please note that content and information that you input to Mob Arts’ Services, such as photographs or information about your school or social activities, may reveal your sensitive Personal Information to others. We urge you to consider whether it is appropriate to communicate sensitive Personal Information within Mob Arts’ Services. Information is used internally by Mob Arts to provide, deliver, develop and improve content and Services, to which users have subscribed, to answer users' requests and to provide users with advertising as described in this Privacy Policy. In addition, Mob Arts may allow affiliates, third parties performing services under contract with Mob Arts, such as order or payment processors or merchandise warehouse and fulfillment services, located in and outside the jurisdictions you live in, to access and use Information, but only to the extent necessary to provide those Services.
Mob Arts may use Information provided by users to send them information about Mob Arts, including news about product updates, contests, events, and other promotional materials, but only if the users agree to receive such communications. Mob Arts will not share any Information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
When you create a Mob Arts account, Mob Arts may collect a user's email address and username, and at the user's option, first and last name. Depending on their settings, users agree that some of this information may be searchable and available to other users within Mob Arts. Mob Arts has no obligation to keep private personally identifiable information that a user makes available to other users via Mob Arts or other Mob Arts software, such as in multiplayer chat or other public functions.
External websites and companies with links to and from Mob Arts’ online sites, games, products, applications and services may collect Information about users when users visit their websites. Third party publishers may also collect Information as a requirement of accessing their games or content. Mob Arts’ privacy policy does not extend to external websites and companies or third party publishers with links to or from Mob Arts’ Services or who collect Information through their services available on Mob Arts. Please refer directly to these companies and websites regarding their privacy policies.
Mob Arts may release Information: (i) in order to comply with court orders or applicable laws or regulations that require us to disclose such information; (ii) in response to a request by a government authority, law enforcement agency or similar body (whether situated in your jurisdiction or elsewhere); or (iii) where we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations. In the event of a reorganization, sale or merger we may transfer Information within our group or to the relevant third party with the user's consent if required by law.
Mob Arts will not knowingly collect Personal Information from any person under the age of 13. Mob Arts encourages parents to instruct their children to never give out Personal Information when online. Mob Arts’ games, products, services, applications and online sites may employ cookies and other technologies such as web beacons and pixel tags. Cookies are bits of electronic information that can be transferred to a user's hard drive to customize a person's use of Service, keep records of a user's access to Service, or store information needed by the user on a regular basis. Use of cookies is typically associated with websites. For example, when you sign in to Mob Arts, Mob Arts stores your user ID and a combination of your IP address and time of login as a cookie on your hard drive. This cookie allows you to move from page to page without having to sign in again on each page. Similarly, if you enter information during your session, such as age verification data, this will be stored as a cookie and you will not have to re-enter such information during that session. We may also use third party website analytic tools that employ cookies to collect certain Non-personal Information concerning use of our websites, such as referring website addresses, page views and browser types.
However, users can disable cookies by changing their browser settings. Mob Arts also stores on a user's flash memory a unique authorization key that is either entered by the user or downloaded automatically during Service registration. This authorization key is used to identify a user as valid and allow access to Mob Arts’ Services and third party services. This key is necessary for Mob Arts to supply any Services subscribed by users.
Information regarding Mob Arts billing, a user's Mob Arts account, a user's Internet connection and the Mob Arts software installed on a user's computer is uploaded to the server in connection with the user's use of Mob Arts and Mob Arts software. Mob Arts software automatically generates and submits to Mob Arts bug reports upon a crash or other fault in the Mob Arts software or Services of Mob Arts. This automatically generated bug report information may include information about other software or hardware on a user's system. Mob Arts does not associate and store the automatically generated bug report information with users' Personal Information. Any bug reporting information manually submitted by users (e.g. through Mob Arts' Bug Reporter form) is associated and stored with Personal Information sent voluntarily by the user through a bug report.
Mob Arts’ Services may provide chat room, forums, bulletin boards, or instant messaging tools to users. Any information that is disclosed in chat, forums or bulletin boards should be considered public information, and users who message one another may not know each other personally. Mob Arts has no obligation to keep Personal Information private that a user makes available to other users or the public using these functions. Users should exercise caution when deciding to disclose Personal Information in public forums. Users should also be aware that game play information disclosed during multiplayer game play (e.g. player name and current player statistics) is public information and may be displayed to other users.
Mob Arts gives users the option to receive promotional email communications from Mob Arts. Users may opt out of these communications. Instructions for discontinuing receipt of promotional email communications from Mob Arts will be provided in email communications to users.
Personal Information provided to Mob Arts by users in the European Union is controlled by Mob Arts, with place of business set out below. Personal Information provided to Mob Arts will be managed, collected, used, processed and stored by Mob Arts in the United States. Mob Arts has taken reasonable steps to protect the information users share with us, including, but not limited to, setup of processes, equipment and software to avoid unauthorized access or disclosure of this information. Mob Arts complies with the Safe Harbor framework developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Union relating to the transfer and processing of Personal Information.
