To send you promotional messages and deliver advertisements about products, services or events that may be of interest to you. These may be offered by, or on behalf of, Axiomtek, or by our partners and other third parties with whom we have a relationship.
The promotional messages and advertisements that you see may be determined by data that we collect or receive about you, such as your demographic data, location data, usage data, interests and preferences. We refer to this as "interest-based advertising".

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies (collectively, "Tracking Technologies") to provide the Services and to improve the user experience and ensure that it is functioning effectively. Cookies can help us in many ways, for example, by allowing us to tailor a website to better match your interests or to store your password to save you from having to re-enter it each time. If you do not wish to receive cookies, please configure your Internet browser to erase all cookies from your computer's hard drive, block all cookies or to receive a warning before a cookie is stored. Please refer to our Cookies Notice on how we use cookies and how you can disable certain cookies. Some browsers have incorporated "Do Not Track" features that send an automated signal to the websites that you visit using that browser. At this time, the Services do not recognize or respond to these signals.
Any personal information we collect will be collated and may be analyzed for marketing purposes. If you want to receive information about Axiomtek products and services, you can choose to do so via email, telephone, or post, and you can also sign up for a subscription. You will be able to choose not to have your personal information used in this way. You may also choose, at any time, to unsubscribe from marketing updates by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the marketing emails you receive, by informing us of your decision during a marketing call, or by contacting us directly.
If, in our communications with you, we state that we have used your personal information in conjunction with a request, order, transaction, or agreement, we will have used the information because it was necessary for the fulfillment of the request, order, transaction, or agreement.
If we state that we have used your personal information in conjunction with a marketing project or for the development of Axiomtek products and services for safety, security, or regulatory considerations and not for any reasons connected to an agreement or request, we will have used the information either with your consent or to uphold the legitimate interests of Axiomtek or a third party.
When you visit an Axiomtek website or use an associated online service, you might be offered personalized information. If you want to stop receiving personalized communications, send an email stating your request to [email protected].
Axiomtek is a global company, and, in accordance with the Axiomtek Privacy Policy, the information we collect about you might be shared with subsidiaries in countries where we conduct business. However, such transfers of information are confined to the limits of what is strictly necessary. Please be advised that Axiomtek also sometimes outsources the collection, use, analysis, and processing of personal information to overseas companies.
With your consent, or to help Axiomtek supply you or your employer with products or services, or to fulfill your requests, we may share your personal information with its partners.
In the event that Axiomtek acquires, sells, merges with, or restructures a business or business unit, personal information may be shared with or received from prospective or confirmed buyers, partners, and sellers.
Please be advised that in accordance with judicial proceedings, court orders, or other legal processes, personal information may sometimes have to be handed over to government agencies. If we have reasonable cause to suspect that the rights or property of Axiomtek or its business partners, suppliers, or clients have been or could be under threat, we may share your personal information if doing so would protect those rights or properties.
You understand and agree to the transfer of your information to Axiomtek and any of its affiliated companies, which may be based in a different country to you or your company. You further understand and agree to the storage, use, or processing of this information by Axiomtek or any of its affiliated companies. Axiomtek utilizes technical, administrative, and physical protection methods to guard against unauthorized access to, and use or disclosure of your personal information. We take a number of steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. These steps take into account the sensitivity of the data we collect and use, as well as the current state of technology. For example, sensitive data such as credit card details are encrypted before being transferred over the Internet. Axiomtek also requires its suppliers to take similar precautions. We also use, and require our vendors to use, industry standard security protocols when processing any payments for your use of the Services.
It is important to remember that no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We recommend that you help us keep your data safe by taking reasonable steps such as keeping your passwords private and not disclosing sensitive personal data in places that can be accessed publicly.
Personal data collected by the Axiomtek may be stored and processed in the region in which it is collected, in Taiwan, and in any other region where we maintain major operations. We maintain offices in the United States, China, and German. We take steps to ensure that the data we collect under this Policy is stored and processed in accordance with this Policy regardless of where the data is located. By providing personal data in connection with the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such personal data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of the Axiomtek and our authorized third party service providers located in Taiwan. Our practice when transferring personal data is to rely on standard data protection contract clauses or individual consent.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the transactions you have requested, or for other necessary purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements. Because these factors vary for different types of personal data, actual retention periods may vary.
Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will hold your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy statement. At your request, we will delete information held about you. Email [email protected] to make such a request.

If you are a minor, please seek the consent of one of your parents or guardians before visiting Axiomtek websites or using an associated online service.
