This Privacy Policy describes the information that PATI Games Corporation and/or its affiliates ("Company", "we") collect, use, share, store, and disclose your information we obtain when you are using PATI Games Corporation's mobile games ("PATI Games") and related services, including, without limitation, the use of PATI Games, participation in an online community for PATI Games or social network services offered via PATI Games branded websites (collectively, the "PATI Games Service"). This Privacy Policy may be revised without notice and will become effective upon posting on this site.
By using the PATI Games Service, you are expressing your agreement to this Policy and the processing of your data, including your personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. This Privacy Policy applies to any person or entity that uses the PATI Games Service, except to a resident of the Republic of Korea.
PATI Games Service may link to external sites beyond our control. This privacy policy covers only the way we treat the Personal Information and Usage Data we collect on PATI Games Service. By accessing any external sites, you are agreeing to the privacy policies of those sites. Please understand that the external sites may have different policies with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information. We have no control over and are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. Therefore, you are encouraged to review the privacy policies of all third-party Websites/Apps. Without limiting anything in the following section, we are not liable in any way for the actions, inactions or policies of any external Websites/Apps.

How the Company Uses Your Personal Information

This policy covers how we treat personal information that it collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable such as your name, address, email address, phone number, unique device ID (“"UDID"”) or international mobile equipment identity (“"IMEI”") and that is not otherwise publicly available.

This privacy policy only applies to The Company

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that the Company does not own or control or to people that the Company does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

When you use any of the PATI Games Service (including through a SNS) we may collect the following information you provide to us directly:
We strongly encourage you to create a PATI Friends Account that enables you to receive customer support services with ease and enjoy various features of the PATI Games Services. When you create a PATI Friends Account, we will collect and store any registration information you share with us, such as an e-mail address or password (the "Registration Information").
When you use the PATI Games Service, the Company may ask you to create a nickname ("Nickname") generated by you, which it will become your user name and the Company-generated ID shall be provided to you (collectively "User ID"), and depending on the Service (as defined under the Terms of Service), the Company may ask for information such as your name, home address, phone number, email address, password, Google® credentials (including Google Plus®), Facebook® credentials, and/or any other applicable third party social network service (collectively "SNS") providers. When using the PATI Games Services via SNS, you may be able to use applicable SNS to sign into the PATI Games Service and authenticate your account, which would allow you to be recognized in-app based on your SNS account. In this case, the Company may collect your account information, such as your name, your profile picture or its URL, your user ID number (which is licked to publicly available information such as name and profile photo), the user ID numbers and other public data for your friends, the log-in email you provided to that SNS when you registered, gender, date of birth, SNS ID, phone number, and SNS friends. This will allow the Company to provide you with social features, such as messaging, leaderboard, and other similar features. By using the PATI Games Services through your SNS account, you are authorizing the Company to collect, store, and use you SNS information in accordance with this Privacy Policy as well as the terms of the SNS Platform and your privacy setting thereon.
If you have a PATI Friends Account, you may have the option of providing additional information about yourself, including a profile photo, user name, gender, email address, birthday, and your phone number (collectively, the "Profile Information"), to create your user profile in the PATI Games Service. Please keep in mind that your Profile Information may be publicly viewable by other PATI Games Service users depending upon your privacy setting. You may control the visibility of most of the Profile Information you share with other PATI Games Service users at any time.
When purchasing products or services of the PATI Games Service, you will be required to provide additional information such as a valid credit card number, expiration date, and billing addresses. In addition, the Company may collect UDID, IMEI, your geographic location based on you IP address, your game platform ID ("GP ID"), the version of your operating system ("OS"), MAC Address, and your in-Service activity.
We may ask additional information such as your date of birth (age), and gender. Additionally, after you register and sign in to our services, certain information that you provide are not anonymous to us: a user has the capability to search for another user on any applicable SNS. Please note that the personal information that we collect will allow us to inform you about our products and services, upgrades, to provide technical/order support regarding your use of our service. In addition, we may use the personal information internally to conduct research and evaluation to enhance our service to you.
The Company may install software development kit ("SDK") in the PATI Games Service. The Company may use the information collected using the kit for services such as calculate conversion rates and analyze advertising performance. The SDK may collect your personal information, such as your IP address, version of your OS, IDFA, ADID, UDID, IMEI, MAC Address, and geographic location.
Company may use the information we collect through your use of the PATI Games Service for providing enhanced game services and promotional information regarding PATI Games. For example, we may use the information we collect in any of the following ways:
Informing you of (a) products, new products, services, features, promotions, enhancements, and updates regarding the PATI Games Service and (b) updates to the Company Policy;
Analyzing market trends and user traffic;
Promoting and facilitating your use of the PATI Games Service, including the targeted advertising, and affiliate marketing;
Marketing PATI Games to you, including sending you offers, promotion information, newsletters, local or push notifications, e-mail campaigns, and communications regarding new, improved or existing PATI Games;
We may offer you the opportunity to participate in promotional events regarding PATI Games Service through PATI Games, PATI Games Service, Company branded websites, or third party websites or platforms. If you choose to participate in such promotional events, we may collect and store the information you provide in connection with your participation in the event, such as your Game User ID, e-mail address or phone number, and we will use and/or disclose that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy unless stated otherwise. We may use information you provide to contact you for winner notification, prize delivery confirmation or other related purposes. Your entry in the promotional event may also result in your being added to our mailing lists as well as those of our promotional partners associated with such an event. The acceptance of a prize may require you to allow us to post publicly some of your information within or on the PATI Games Service or Company branded websites.
We may provide your information with third party companies that perform services on our behalf, including, without limitation, operation of the PATI Games Services, data analysis, marketing services, promotional events, e-mail campaigns, hosting services, and customer service. Such third party companies may access your personal information, but are required to use it solely as directed by us for performing requested services.
We may share your information with third party companies for affiliate marketing associated with the promotion of PATI Game if such disclosure is reasonably necessary to conduct, administer, or fulfill such a marketing activity. We will take commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that such third party companies use your information shared by us in compliance with any applicable laws or regulation and solely for the above-mentioned purposes.

We will not actively share personal information with third party advertisers for their direct marketing purposes unless we obtain your consent. We may share (a) aggregated information (information about you and other PATI Games Service users collectively, but not specifically identifiable to you); (b) anonymous information; and (c) certain technical information (including IP Addresses, MAC Addresses for mobile devices and mobile device IDs) to develop and deliver targeted advertising in the third party advertiser's website or application. We may also allow advertisers to collect these and similar types of information within the PATI Games Service and they may share it with us and/or use it for advertising. Advertisers may collect this information through the use of a variety of tracking technologies, including without limitation, like browser cookies and web beacons. The information collected may be used to offer you targeted ad-selection and delivery in order to personalize your user experience by ensuring that advertisements for products and services you see will appeal to you, a practice known as behavioral advertising, and to undertake web analytics (i.e. to analyze traffic and other end user activity to improve your experience).
Additionally, your personal information may be assigned or transferred to third party assignees in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization, or other similar changes The Company's corporate structure. If such even occurs, we will notify appropriate information regarding the change to users who have provided the Company with his/her contact information.
The Company may collect information through other activities that you may participate in, such as Pre-registration, contests, surveys, customer support, and purchase of Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods (as defined in the Terms of Service).
In addition to the information that the Company may collect, applicable third party marketplace, such as Google’s Android Market and Apple’s App Store, may collect your information. You understand and agree that the Company is not responsible for such third party marketplace collection, and is not responsible for the actions of these third parties. Please review the terms provided by these third parties.
Lastly, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information if required by law, instances including but not limited to, responding to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. In addition, we may disclose the information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to share information to investigate, prevent, or bring legal action against you if you are suspected of conducting illegal activities, violate the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or other applicable agreement(s) for The Company, its products or other related third party that causes injury to us and/or to other users.
Under the California law, if you are a legal resident of the State of California, you may request information regarding our disclosure of your personal information to third parties. As discussed above, we do not disclose or share your personal information with third party companies without your consent. If you wish to opt out to prevent your personal information from being disclosed or shared with third parties and/or receiving information from The Company regarding our products, services, or promotions, please inform the Company by following the process described on our homepage at www.patigames.com

Cookies on the Company

Cookies are small bits of information sent by a host that is stored on your hard drive or storage by your device’s browser. Cookies speed up your online usage by remembering your personal information such as your User ID (i.e. your e-mail address and/or password), and gather your Service activities data for improving the quality of the Service and marketing or promotional purposes. You may disable cookies on your device. However, each device and its browser have unique cookies preference setting so please refer to your device for more information.

Minors Under the Age of 13 & the Between the Ages of 13 and 18

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 13 MAY PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 13, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REGISTER OR SEND ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF TO US, INCLUDING YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, AND/OR EMAIL ADDRESS. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Confidentiality

We limit access to personal information about you to certain employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you.
