Photography

At City-sponsored public events, we generally ask staff to take photos.  If you attend such a public event, your image may appear in photography and we may use it to promote the event for next year.   However, if you contact us about a particular photo or video, we will do our best to remove it from future use.

Refund Policy

Event Refunds

The City of Georgetown does not issue refunds for registrations for fundraising events.  However, if you feel your credit card was incorrectly charged, please call (512) 930-3655.  For refunds on the purchase of physical (non-living) items, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold to you minus any shipping charges.  For charges you may accrue from our online bill paying websites, please refer to the refund policies of the third party vendors who maintain those websites or contact the department that issued the bill.  A list of all departments and their contact information can be found here.

Ambulance Services

Ambulance services are billed after services are rendered. As such, refunds for ambulance services will only be considered if a billing error and/or duplicate payment has been made. For questions on your bill and/or refund please contact:
