Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, your Personal Information will not be used for any other purpose without your consent. We will not actively collect Personal Information for the purpose of sale or marketing in a way that specifically identifies the individual (unless you give us your consent, for example in connection with testimonials or reviews on the Service) and we don’t sell customer lists.

You may withdraw your consent to receiving marketing communications from us at any time. However, withdrawing consent will result in your inability to use any features of the Service which require registration or membership.

Collection of Information: We aim to collect, use and disclose only such information as is required to enable us to manage your account, to provide the Service, to process payments, to maintain our customer/visitor lists, to respond to your inquiries or provide feedback, for identification and authentication purposes and for service improvement. Two types of information may be collected through the Service: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.

"Personal Information" is personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information, mobile phone number, profile picture, and gender. We also collect location data at the time of collection, we will clearly identify the information being collected and the purposes for which it will be used. We may collect Personal Information in respect of the Service through registration processes; communications with you; information downloads; service purchases; user support; and surveys.

"Non-Personal Information" is information of an anonymous nature which does not identify an individual. Aggregate information, such as demographic statistics of our users (e.g. average age or geographical allocation of our users), number of visitors, what pages users access or visit, and average time spent on the Service is not considered Personal Information. Although the use of certain Non-Personal Information collected, used or disclosed through the Internet as described herein is not restricted (and to the extent that such is the case, the obligations under this Privacy Policy do not apply to such information), we provide information in this Privacy Policy about the collection of such information for the sake of transparency with respect to the operation of the Service.

Use of Information: We collect information for the following purposes:

If you are registering as a Tasker, and create a Service Profile (defined below), You are also required to provide us with a scanned copy of your government-issued photo identification, your mailing address, gender, phone number, and a profile picture. We will use this information for verification purposes and to set up your account.
Subject to the disclosures indicated below in “Service Profiles” in general, none of your account registration information will be shared with other Users. When an Asker requests a task to be completed and a Tasker agrees to complete the task and the task is assigned, we will release information required to enable the Asker and Tasker to coordinate and get the task done. This information may include Users’ email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses and full names.

Posting a Task: If you post a task, we will ask you to provide information about the task including the type of task, number of hours and rate, address where the task is to be executed, task description, as well as your credit card information. We use this information (excluding your payment information) to allocate your task to a specific Tasker. Taskers will not be provided with any payment information you provide (see “Payments”, below).

Approval of a Task: Once a task is posted, our algorithm will charge the Asker’s credit card for the full amount of the quote for completing the task. If pre-authorization fails, the task is unapproved and one of our Customer Relations representatives will get in touch with the Asker. Once a task is approved, we will hold the full amount of the funds payable for such task in escrow pending completion of the task. Please note that the final price of the Tasker Services may vary from the quote, as fully detailed in the Terms of Use.

Assigning of a Task: Once a Tasker has chosen to accept a task, the Tasker will be provided with the Asker’s contact information and call the Asker to confirm the time and scope of the task. The Asker will also receive a text message or email from us detailing the first name and last initial of the Tasker as well as their rating, and letting them know to expect a call from the Tasker. During this call Asker and Tasker agree on the scope of work, if there is any issue then either party can decline and inform our Customer Relations representative.
