This Privacy
and Cookie Policy explains how we and the web-site
uses the information we collect and how you can limit our use of that personal
data.
What information do we gather?
We may gather information that relates to,
and can identify you and information that does not
identify you (e.g. a visitor’s behaviour patterns when you visit our website).
How do we gather information?
Information is gathered in two ways:
(1) Indirectly via the Catalogues (see Cookie Policy below)2
(2) Push Notifications - This application may send you push
notifications (you can opt out of this when you open the app)
(3) Device details, the App pulls information on current users and
downloads / active users from the device using it, this is like every app and
is just used to understand who is using the app and the volume of clients and
for no other reason.
(4) Google Analytics – for tracking purposes.
The data we collect is not passed to any
third party, and is only used to provide you with the services you are
requesting.
The App does connect to other sites, bidding
platforms etc – none of this data or personal

such their privacy policy will be applicable.
The App acts as a gateway between other sites
and only holds information realting to push
notifications.
How we use cookies on this website / Our policy..
We use cookies and similar programming tools across our
website to improve its performance and to enhance your user experience.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files which a website
may put on your computer or mobile device when you first visit a site or page.
The cookie will help the website to recognise your device on any further visit.
Web beacons / Flash or other similar files can also do the same thing. The term
“cookies” in this policy refers to all files that collect information in this
way.
There are several functions cookies serve.
For example, they remember your username and preferences, analyse how well the
website is performing, or allow us to recommend services we believe will be
relevant and of most use to you.
Certain
cookies contain personal information – for example, if you click to
“remember me” when logging in, a cookie will
store your username or indeed allow a personal ‘hello name’
greeting for example.
Cookies
may be either “session” cookies or “persistent” cookies. A session cookie, will expire at the end of the user session, when the
web browser is closed.
A persistent cookie consists of a text
file sent by a web server to a web browser, which will be stored by the browser
and will remain valid until its set expiry date (they can however be deleted by
the user before the expiry date).
Most cookies won’t collect information that
identifies you, and will instead collect more general information such as how a
user arrives at and uses the websites, or a user’s general location.
Generally, cookies perform up to
four different functions:
1.
Essential cookies
2.
Performance Cookies
3.
Functionality Cookies
4.
Behaviourally Targeted Advertising Cookies
Most web browsers allow some control of most cookies through the browser
settings. To find out more about cookies, including how to see what cookies
have been set and how you can manage and delete them, visit
