This document covers the privacy policy for the android app “Find Qibla Pro”, by Euphrates Media, available on Google Play store:

This application provides users with correct direction of Qibla, using the device’s location as input data.

• This application does not collect, store, or share with any 3rd party entity, any form of personally identifiable information (PII).
• The app gets permission to access location, to be able to calculate Qibla direction (which is calculated based on user’s location and location of Mecca).
• The app uses check network connection only to get assistance in quickly acquiring the location from the cellular data network or the WiFi antenna. No data communication is done over the network.
• The app uses phone’s status, to get the devices direction and orientation to be able to calculate and show the correct Qibla heading relative to the device.
• None of the data used, and mentioned above, i.e. location, network connectivity, … are stored, or passed via network or shared with any 3rd party API.
